Wonderous Wednesday Children Adventures!

Good Day Folks,

Today I am starting Wondrous Wednesdays. I will show case a children’s story every Wednesday.

My first children’s book adventure to report on is Jaimie Hope’s book The Adventures of Baby Jaimie; Baby Jaimie Goes to the Hospital. Published by Anchor Group Publishing.

This book will be available on amazon October 22nd.

Baby Jaimie is a delightful child who nearly always has a positive attitude and nothing stops her from moving forward. Not even her wheel chair.

In this story she is excited that summer vacation is going to start and has many plans. But those plans are halted by an illness. She is disappointed and must face her fears of going to the hospital for surgery. With the support of her family and friends she overcomes her fears and pain and bravely conquers her fear. She plays with the other children in the hospital, asks questions about her care. Yes her summer vacation is delayed a few days.  Baby Jaimie leads you down the positive path that tomorrow she will be ready to enjoy her fun adventures. The author draws you in with children’s real fears they have about life’s troubles. She addresses those troubles honestly while entertaining you or a child at the same time. I highly recommend this book for all children. Because all children like to have fun but at the same time children have troubles that they want to understand. Baby Jaimie Adventures series  addresses children’s concerns.

Millicent Marie does not like her name. After all, she was named for a
woman who died more than fifty years ago and was not the most loveable
member of the Harris family. Her friends call her Millie, but when she
writes in her diary she refers to herself as Amanda – the name she
always wished she had.

When Millie’s younger brother finds her
diary on her computer, he decides to publish it as a blog for the entire
world to see, including the boy Millie has a crush on. In the midst of
all the mayhem, Millie/Amanda discovers she is suddenly Springside
Elementary’s most sought after sixth-grade mystery gossip and advice

But not all is fun and games, as Millie quickly
learns, once she realizes feelings are at stake. Nobody, least of all
Millie, expects things to turn out as they do in this tale of friendship
and respect.

Conduit Adventure

The Conduit by Stacey Rourke. Wow what a read! I am hooked on this series now.
Starts out with Celeste Garrett and her siblings from Michigan heading South to move in with their Gram. Their father recently passed away and their Mother is off taking care of business. Celeste pricks her finger on a family treasure in the garage and poof her world and her sibling’s world is turned upside down with strange  powers and new responsibilities.  All she wanted to do was settle in and go to college not what the universe had in mind for her or her siblings. The story will make you laugh, cry and sit on the edge of your seat all at the same time. Enjoy the trials, tribulations as these young adults embark on a 17th century family commitment in the 21st century. Anchor Group publishing has reduced the price to $1.99 on amazon. What a deal!

Stacey has a great team and I am enjoying working with everyone. The authors I have met are talented, fun and full of ideas.

I have a short story coming out in October in Anchor Groups anthology Paranormal Gone Awry. This is going to be a fun Halloween read for all ages.

We have been helping each other for over a year now and have a great time reading each others work and giving each other helpful advice.Check out her books for little girls. They will love them.
